MY ORDER
I did not receive an order confirmation:
Check if it ended up in the spam folder. If you haven't received the order confirmation the day after a purchase, you can contact us at hello@wowbrow.com.
Can I change the address or other information for my order?
Send us a message at hello@wowbrow.com with your order number, and we'll see if it's possible. Unfortunately, if the order has already been processed, it's not possible.
I want to add a product to my order. How do I do that?
Unfortunately, we can't add a product to an existing order.
I received a faulty product:
Oh no! We're very sorry! Please send us an email at hello@wowbrow.com with a description of the issue and include a photo or video showing the problem with the product.
If you purchased your product in store and received a faulty item, please follow the respective retailer's complaint procedure.
Can I cancel my order?
Send us a message as quickly as possible at hello@wowbrow.com, and we'll check. If your order has already been shipped, you'll need to return it.
I received the wrong product, or an item is missing from my order. What should I do?
We're sorry that you received the wrong product or that something is missing. Send an email at hello@wowbrow.com, and we'll assist you.
I forgot to add a discount code to my order:
Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied retroactively once an order has been placed.
RETURNS
I want to return my order:
You can, of course, return your order! You'll find all the information on how to do so here. Please note that the product must be returned in its unopened packaging for us to accept the return.
What is the cost for return?

How long does my return take?
Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 14 days. Your money will head back to the same card or account you used to pay.
DELIVERY
How long is the delivery time?
Our delivery time is usually 2 to 7 business days with standard shipping. Just a little heads-up that during busy periods like Black Week or Christmas, things might take a tiny bit longer to pack because everyone suddenly wants great brows at once. Thanks for your patience!
What is the limit for free shipping?
Shipping costs for your country will be displayed in your cart.
Do I have to pay custom and duties?
Custom and duties are included in the total at checkout.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Europe: Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, Lithuania, Italy, Hungary, Greece, Estonia, Czechia, Cyprus, Croatia & Austria.
Unfortunately we do not ship to any other countries at the moment.
My package says delivered, but it’s not here:
If your tracking shows that the package has been delivered, we recommend checking your mailbox, with neighbors, or around your entrance area first.
If you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact the shipping carrier directly. They will be able to investigate the delivery and provide more detailed information about what may have happened.
If the issue remains unresolved after contacting the carrier, feel free to reach out to our customer service and we’ll assist you further.
PRODUCT QUESTIONS
Is it safe to do brow lamination at home?
Yes! Our formula is pre-mixed, gentle, and developed for easy at-home use. Just follow the instructions included in the box. If you are allergic to any of the ingredients in the product, an allergic reaction may occur. We therefore recommend performing a patch test on your forearm before applying the product to your brows.
⚠️ Do not tint your brows before lamination. Never tint before lamination, as this can overprocess and damage the brow hairs. You can tint after lamination, but be extra careful with the processing time. Newly laminated brows absorb color much faster, which means they can become very dark if the tint is left on for too long.
If you have henna tint on your brows, skip lamination until it has completely grown out.
Can I use your serums while pregnant?
Many lash serums contain prostaglandins, an ingredient that pregnant and breastfeeding women are advised to avoid. WOWBROWs serums does not contain this ingredient, and the ingredients in our serums are considered safe to use.
None of the ingredients are known to be harmful when used as directed, but if you are unsure or have sensitive skin, we recommend consulting a doctor before use.
